Once again we are happy to announce we have extended our returns over the festive period! Any orders placed from Monday 4th November onwards are eligible for extended returns until Friday 10th January 2025.
We offer a full exchange or refund guarantee. Please return unworn garments along with a completed returns form to:

If you have lost your returns form, you can download a blank returns form by clicking here.
If an exchange is requested as a result of faulty goods this will be dispatched on our receipt of the returned item. We will reimburse your postage for any faulty goods returned to us, up to the amount of standard second class postage.
Unless the product purchased is stated by us on our website as qualifying for free returns you are responsible for paying any postage or shipping costs incurred when returning the product.
Upon receipt of your return we will process your refund within 7-10 days. Once the refund has been processed, please allow 5-7 days for this to return to your bank account.
All UK exchanges will be dispatched by Royal Mail. If you wish to use DPD for your exchange please note this on your returns form and we will contact you to arrange payment.
Returns will be accepted within 14 days of receiving your order, in a new and unworn condition.
This does not affect your statutory rights to return faulty goods.
We cannot be responsible for any general wear and tear. Also, some fabrics may show signs of pilling when they come into contact with rough surfaces. Pink Leisurewear will not be responsible for repairing or replacing any leotards which may be affected by this issue.
International Returns:
We cannot accept exchanges for international returns, however we can provide refunds. If you require a new size please send this back for a refund and place a new order.
