We have two different delivery options to mainland UK. If you have chosen DPD then delivery will take 1 working day (if the order was placed before 1pm). If you have chosen Royal Mail then delivery may take up to 3-4 working days.

Yes we offer a full exchange or refund guarantee, as long as the items returned are unworn and within 14 days of receiving your order. Please be sure to fill out the enclosed returns form. If you have lost your returns form, please download a blank returns form here.
Please follow the below steps to wash your garment:
- Please wash the garment as soon as possible after wearing.
- Wash separately from other items.
- Hand wash the garment in cool water.
- Use a mild detergent.
- Do NOT use fabric softener.
- Must spin dry immediately after washing to prevent the colours running, hang the leotard on a garment hanger to dry.
Please ensure that you do not tumble dry, iron or dry clean the garments.
Unfortunately, we cannot cover your postage costs unless an item is faulty or incorrect. Please ensure you have proof of postage for any items returned, as we cannot be liable for any returned items lost in the post.
We want to sort out any issues with incorrect items immediately. If one of the items you received isn’t what you ordered, please send it back to us with a returns form or note stating which item is incorrect. Once we have received this we will send you the correct item within 1-2 working days.
We will reimburse any postage costs for items that are incorrect, at Royal Mail’s 2nd Class rate.
We want to sort out any issues with faulty items immediately. If one of the items you received has a fault, please send it back to us with a returns form or note stating which item is faulty and what the fault is. Once we receive your return, we will inspect the garment and arrange a repair or replacement. This process can take up to 2 weeks from the date we receive your return.
We will reimburse any postage costs for items that are faulty at Royal Mail’s 2nd Class rate.
*We cannot be liable for damage caused to leotards through wear and tear, sublimated leotards pilling or for faults on orders placed longer than 6 months ago.
We will process your refund within 7-10 days of receiving your return. Once the refund has been processed, please allow 5-7 days for this to return to your bank account.
