To choose your hand-guard size measure from the wrist to the base of the middle finger.

It is important that you choose the right size, please note the guards can stretch slightly with use.

The finger holes may appear too small, however they can be stretched. Do not be tempted to cut them.

To increase the size of the hole a rolled up piece of sandpaper can be used.
