Delivery Information
To help your gifts arrive in time for Christmas, we’ve popped our recommended last order dates below. Royal Mail orders can take up to 3–5 working days, so we recommend ordering by Wednesday 17th December. DPD offers a speedy next-day service, with our final recommended order date of 19th December for Christmas delivery.
Please note: our office will be closed from 23rd December to 2nd January, so any orders placed from 22nd December onwards will be dispatched in the New Year. We hope you enjoy a magical Christmas and a joyful start to 2026 – we can’t wait to see you again in the New Year!
Royal Mail:
All orders sent via Royal Mail will be dispatched on a Tracked 48 Service. Please note, this service can take up to 3-5 working days to arrive. If your order contains a back-ordered item that is shipping within 2-3 weeks, the order will be shipped in full on the date the back-ordered item comes into stock. If the back-ordered item has an estimated shipping date of over 2-3 weeks, we will dispatch any items which are in stock when the order is placed and dispatch the remaining items once they become available.
Orders sent via Royal Mail will be subject to a £3.95 delivery charge.
DPD:
We are delighted to offer a fully tracked delivery service provided by DPD.
We aim to dispatch any DPD orders placed by 1pm Monday to Friday on the same day. Any orders placed after this deadline will be shipped on the next working day.
If your order contains a back-ordered item, this will be shipped as soon as this comes into stock. The rest of your order will be partially shipped on the date of your order.
UK Mainland Delivery:
Next Working Day Tracked (all orders placed by 1pm Mon-Fri*) – £8.50
Saturday Tracked – Saturday Delivery (orders placed before 1pm Friday*) – £12.00

- Personal delivery preferences – if you’re not going to be in, let DPD deliver straight to your chosen DPD Pickup location or, to your chosen neighbour or safe place
- 30-minute delivery alerts
- Multiple addresses – set your work, home, or even family member’s address preference
- Driver tracking – see the name and a picture of your driver and track their location and find out where you are in the delivery queue.
PLEASE NOTE:
If you require a quick delivery for a gift, competition or an occasion, we recommend choosing DPD Next Working Day delivery to ensure this arrives in time.
All items which show in stock will be ready to ship once your order has been placed. If any items in your order are stated as a pre-order then this will be dispatched in accordance with the date specified at the time of ordering.
In the unlikely event that your item is out of stock or no longer available, a member of our team will contact you via email and give you the option to either exchange the order or request a refund (extra costs may be incurred when exchanging leotards).
Pink Leisurewear cannot be held liable if the shipping address is incorrect or incomplete.
International Delivery:
Any orders made for delivery outside of the UK may be liable for customs charges or import duty. These charges are beyond our control and must be paid by the parcel’s recipient. Customs policies will vary from country to country and Pink Leisurewear will not be liable for any custom or import duties and taxes. If a parcel is returned to Pink Leisurewear due to unpaid customs fees, the order will be refunded minus the delivery fee and minus any handling fees charged to us by the courier.
