Returns Policy

🎄 Extended Christmas Returns Policy 🎁

Shop with confidence this festive season! All orders placed from 1st November 2025 through to 24th December 2025 are covered by our Extended Christmas Returns Period.

You’ll have until 9th January 2026 to return or exchange your items, giving you plenty of time after Christmas.

All other standard return conditions still apply.

 

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We offer a full exchange or refund guarantee.
Please return unworn garments along with a completed returns form to:

We accept returns within 30 days of the customer receiving their order. All items must be returned unworn, in new condition, and with the original tag still attached.

Please ensure you include a returns form with your parcel. If you no longer have one, you can download a new form here.


Postage & Responsibility for Returns

Customers are responsible for paying the postage cost to send their return back to us unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
We strongly recommend keeping your proof of postage, as the customer is responsible for the return until it arrives with us. We cannot be held responsible for returns that are lost, undelivered, or damaged in transit, and such items cannot be refunded or replaced.


Exchanges

We are happy to offer exchanges for different sizes or styles (excluding made-to-order competition leotards – see below).

  • You cover the cost of returning the original item.

  • All UK exchange items are dispatched free of charge.

  • UK exchanges are shipped via Royal Mail. If you prefer DPD, please note this on your returns form and we will contact you to arrange payment for the upgrade.

  • If the item you would like to exchange has a different price than the returned item, we will either refund the difference or contact you for additional payment before dispatching.

  • International orders cannot be exchanged. Please return your item for a refund and place a new order if you require a different size or style.


Refunds

We aim to process all returns within 7 working days of receiving them.

All refunds are issued minus the initial shipping cost.
Shipping costs will only be refunded if the product is found to be faulty or if you received an incorrect item.

Once processed, refunds typically take 5–7 days to appear in your bank account.

If a leotard is returned for a refund without the scrunchie, a deduction of £2.50 will be taken from the refund amount.


Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item is faulty, please contact us before returning it. We will supply a paid returns label for you to send the item back. Once received, we will dispatch a replacement or process a refund.

If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us immediately. A paid returns label will be provided, and once the incorrect item is returned, the correct item will be dispatched.

These conditions do not affect your statutory rights.


Competition Leotards

Competition leotards purchased from our Competition Leotards page are made to order with a 10-week lead time.
These items cannot be exchanged or replaced unless the leotard is faulty.


Wear & Tear, Pilling, and Rhinestones

We cannot be responsible for general wear and tear.

Some fabrics may show signs of pilling, especially when they come into contact with rough surfaces.
The back and bottom areas are particularly prone to pilling due to natural friction, and this is unavoidable.

Rhinestones may occasionally fall off through normal wear. Pink Leisurewear is not responsible for repairing or replacing leotards affected by pilling or missing rhinestones unless the issue is deemed a manufacturing fault.
