Delivery Information
Royal Mail:
All orders sent via Royal Mail will be dispatched on a Tracked 48 Service. Please note, this service can take up to 3-5 working days to arrive.
Orders sent via Royal Mail will be subject to a £3.95 delivery charge.
DPD:
We are delighted to offer a fully tracked delivery service provided by DPD.
We aim to dispatch any DPD orders placed by 1pm Monday to Friday on the same day. Any orders placed after this deadline will be shipped on the next working day.
UK Mainland Delivery:
Next Working Day Tracked (all orders placed by 1pm Mon-Fri*) – £8.50
Saturday Tracked – Saturday Delivery (orders placed before 1pm Friday*) – £12.00

- Personal delivery preferences – if you’re not going to be in, let DPD deliver straight to your chosen DPD Pickup location or, to your chosen neighbour or safe place
- 30-minute delivery alerts
- Multiple addresses – set your work, home, or even family member’s address preference
- Driver tracking – see the name and a picture of your driver and track their location and find out where you are in the delivery queue.
PLEASE NOTE:
If you require a quick delivery for a gift, competition or an occasion, we recommend choosing DPD Next Working Day delivery to ensure this arrives in time.
In the unlikely event that your item is out of stock or no longer available, a member of our team will contact you via email and give you the option to either exchange the order or request a refund (extra costs may be incurred when exchanging leotards).
Pink Leisurewear cannot be held liable if the shipping address is incorrect or incomplete.
Back-Ordered Items
All in-stock items will be prepared for dispatch once your order has been placed. If your order includes any back-ordered or pre-order items, the entire order will be held and dispatched together once all items become available.
If you would prefer to receive in-stock items sooner, please contact our customer service team to arrange a split delivery. Please note that additional shipping charges may apply.
International Delivery:
Any orders made for delivery outside of the UK may be liable for customs charges or import duty. These charges are beyond our control and must be paid by the parcel’s recipient. Customs policies will vary from country to country and Pink Leisurewear will not be liable for any custom or import duties and taxes. If a parcel is returned to Pink Leisurewear due to unpaid customs fees, the order will be refunded minus the delivery fee and minus any handling fees charged to us by the courier.
